Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the website insightflowhub.com and the InsightFlow Hub service (together, the “Service”), provided by InsightFlow Hub (“InsightFlow Hub”, “we”, “us”), based in Vietnam. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that company, and “you” means that company.

1. The Service

InsightFlow Hub connects your website, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and lead forms in one place, analyses the data and recommends specific changes, each with the evidence behind it. You can also ask questions about your data through our MCP server in Claude Desktop. The Service reads your data. It never changes campaigns, budgets, bids or your website. Every recommendation is a suggestion. You decide whether to act on it, and you carry it out in your own accounts.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• The Service is for business use by people aged 18 or over.
• You must give accurate account details and keep your sign-in credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must have the authority to connect each account and source you add to the Service.

3. Connected sources and your data

• You grant us permission to read the data from the sources you connect, for the purpose of providing the Service. You can withdraw this permission at any time by disconnecting a source.
• Your data stays yours. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it only to provide, secure and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for the data you connect, including having a lawful basis to share any personal data of your customers (for example lead-form submissions) with us.
• Google, Microsoft and the other providers whose accounts you connect have their own terms. You must comply with them. Our use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

4. Trials and pilot programme

We may offer a free trial or a place in our pilot programme at our discretion. During a trial or pilot the Service may be limited, may change and may contain features that are still in development. Either side can end a trial or pilot at any time with notice to the other. When a trial or pilot ends without a paid plan, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Pilot customers may be asked to give feedback, which we may use to improve the Service.

5. Fees

Paid plans, their prices, billing periods and payment terms are set out in the order, proposal or agreement you sign with us. Prices exclude taxes unless stated. If an order and these terms disagree, the order prevails for that customer.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
• try to access data or accounts that are not yours, or interfere with the Service or its security;
• copy, resell, sublicense or offer the Service to third parties, or build a competing product from it;
• reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it;
• send automated requests to the Service beyond what its interfaces and documentation permit.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, documentation and content are owned by InsightFlow Hub or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. These terms do not give you any ownership of the Service. The data you connect, and the reports and recommendations produced from it for you, are yours to use in your business. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party services, including Google, Microsoft, Anthropic (Claude models) and Cloudflare, and offers contact through WhatsApp. Those services are governed by their own terms and we are not responsible for them. If a third party changes or withdraws an interface we depend on, parts of the Service may change or stop working.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Recommendations are based on the data available to us at the time, which may be incomplete, delayed or wrong at the source. We do not guarantee that a recommendation is correct or suitable for your situation, or that following it will produce any result, such as more leads, lower costs or higher revenue. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, InsightFlow Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from the Service or these terms. Our total liability for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in that period, or USD 100 if you paid none. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service, disconnect any source or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if we must do so by law, or if we stop offering the Service, in which case we will give you reasonable notice where we can. On termination your right to use the Service ends and we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 7, 9, 10, 12 and 13 survive termination.

12. Changes

We may change the Service and these terms. We will post the new terms here with a new date, and we will notify active customers by email about material changes before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If a dispute arises, both sides will first try to resolve it in good faith by discussion. If that fails, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts of Vietnam, unless mandatory law in your country gives you the right to a different forum.
